"Alario was a great help in fixing my problems. I began the call a little aggressive but he kept calm and continued to walk me through how to fix it. By the end of the call my aggression was gone and I can honestly say he is the best State Farm rep I have ever spoken to. A+++++ Give that man a promotion!"
